Because of that delivery, all sales are final once a download link or access is provided, unless required by applicable law. We refund duplicate charges, and we fix access or refund when a technical failure on our side prevents access.

Digital products are delivered instantly after payment. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once a download link or access is provided, unless required by applicable law. That is the default rule for files you can keep after purchase.
When will Symgnosis still refund or restore access?
We refund duplicate charges, and we will fix access or refund if a technical failure on our side prevents access. Email [email protected] with your order email and transaction details so we can match the payment.
