Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to digital products sold by Symgnosis via Symgnosis.

1. Digital products

Digital products are delivered instantly after payment. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once a download link or access is provided, unless required by applicable law.

2. Exceptions

  • Duplicate charges (we will refund the duplicate transaction)
  • Technical failure on our side preventing access (we will fix access or refund if we cannot)
